Last Updated: March 19, 2026
IMPORTANT: By using this application, you fully agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

1. Definitions

"Beyarmudu" (hereinafter "the Application") is a voice and text communication platform based on peer-to-peer (P2P) technology, developed as a personal and experimental project. "User" refers to any natural person who uses the Application in any capacity. "Developer" refers to the owner and developer of the Beyarmudu project.

2. Nature of Service

Beyarmudu is an experimental, personal project built on a fully peer-to-peer (P2P) architecture. The Application:

  1. Is not a commercial product and does not offer any service level agreement (SLA).
  2. Establishes direct connections between users using WebRTC and PeerJS infrastructure.
  3. May be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time without prior notice.
  4. Is provided "as-is" and "as-available" with no guarantee of uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.
  5. Makes no commitments regarding the protection, backup, or recovery of user data.

3. Account System and Access

The Application uses an account system requiring registration with an invite code:

  1. Users are solely responsible for the security of their account credentials (username, password).
  2. The Developer cannot be held responsible for account security breaches, unauthorized access, or account loss.
  3. The Developer may suspend, terminate, or delete accounts at any time, for any reason or no reason, without prior notice.
  4. Invite codes are limited and the Developer may restrict access at any time.
  5. Applications submitted through the invite code request system (name, email, message) are stored in Cloudflare KV storage for up to 30 days for review purposes. IP address and country are automatically recorded for abuse prevention.

4. Acceptable Use

Users agree to abide by the following rules:

  1. Not to use the Application for any illegal, harmful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable purposes.
  2. Not to collect, store, or share other users' personal information without their consent.
  3. Not to use the Application for malware distribution, spam, phishing, or similar malicious activities.
  4. Not to engage in activities that could damage or overload the Application's infrastructure.
  5. To comply with the laws of the Republic of Turkey and applicable international law.
  6. Not to share any content that endangers the safety of individuals under 18 years of age.

5. Content Responsibility

All messages, files, voice communications, and other content shared through the Application are entirely and exclusively the responsibility of the respective user. Due to its P2P architecture, Beyarmudu does not store, filter, or moderate content on its servers.

The Developer cannot be held responsible in any way for content shared by users, damages caused by such content, or legal consequences thereof.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: The Developer of Beyarmudu shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Application. This limitation covers all types of damages including data loss, business loss, reputational harm, loss of revenue, personal information leaks, security breaches, and all similar material and moral damages.

The User acknowledges and declares that they use the Application entirely at their own risk and responsibility. The Developer makes no guarantee that the application will be safe, error-free, or uninterrupted.

7. Indemnification

The User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Developer against any and all claims, lawsuits, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorney fees and court costs) arising from the User's use of the Application or violation of these terms.

8. Intellectual Property

The Beyarmudu name, logo, and original design elements belong to the Developer.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Application after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not accept the terms, you must cease using the application.
